There is an unconfirmed rumour that Errol Flynn had one of these sleek mirrors in his dressing room during the filming of the 1938 movie of The Adventures of Robin Hood.

The frame is 4 cm deep along the side with a small gap between the mirror and the face of the frame which is approx 5 mm.

The frame is made of wood with a smooth hard coating.
