The following terms and conditions are applicable to on-line website orders and also to transactions made in-store, or via email, or via telephone order or any other transaction means.

Delivery Charges

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Due to the diversity of products and destinations we contact website customers if the shipping cost is higher than that indicated upon check-out through our online store. You are not obliged to accept a higher price and will be offered a full refund for the goods ordered and the shipping cost in such a case.

You can obtain an estimated shipping cost during the online checkout process PRIOR to making payment, simply add the product/s to your cart and go to the checkout page and click on CALCULATE SHIPPING.

If the Shipping seems too high please feel free to call us on 03 9576 1566 or email your post code and the item/s you are considering to purchase so we can work out the shipping cost for you.

 Delivery Services explained

Print Decor often engages various courier companies or private contractors to deliver your goods. Whenever possible we provide tracking details once your item has been booked for delivery. Rarely this data is not available, as we may use a specialised carrier for some remote destinations and / or large and heavy products.  If you need to track your order, please follow the instructions on the Track Your Order page.

Courier companies and their delivery team vary and so can delivery times, as unforeseen circumstances may cause a delivery delay. The carrier will, in most cases try and call you, if there is a delay.

Due to OH&S requirements the carrier is limited in the size and weight they can carry. If your item is very large or heavy the carrier may elect to deliver to the entrance point of the building only. If you require assistance to have your item carried into your premises please contact Print Decor prior to placing your order so we can provide a quote for your requirements.
